Mosque Support Tantamount to Treason
Article III Section 3 of our Constitutions defines treason as giving aid and comfort to our enemies. This, I believe, is exactly what mosque supporters are doing. Mosque supporters such as the New York Times and Mayor Bloomberg cling to the “religious freedom” argument, seeing the mosque as nothing more than the Muslim version of a church or synagogue. (The Times has tried to calm America”s “irrational” fears by repeatedly calling it a “center” rather than a mosque.) They are blindly

ignoring some basic facts that even a little research would reveal. In Islam, religion and politics are tightly intertwined. When any religious movement is seeking political power, it needs a physical presence. This is what mosque construction is all about. There is no such thing as a purely religious service in any mosque anywhere in the world.

American mosque proponents also fail to understand the symbolism that is obvious to Muslims. The first thing Muslims do when a victory has been attained is to build a mosque in commemoration of the achievement. This is exactly what this mosque is all about. Forget the nonsense about asking the sponsors and developer to be more sensitive to American feelings. The mosque is all about conquest, not reconciliation. It”s about bringing Shariah law to America, not embracing American culture. The name “Cordoba” should tell us something. The Cordoba Mosque in Spain symbolizes a gateway to the Muslim conquest of Europe. It is also telling that the two organizations sponsoring the project are the Cordoba Initiative and the American Society for Muslim Advancement.

After the Iranian Revolution in 1979, the Saudis committed billions to their program of mosque construction around the world as a means of spreading their brand of Islamic fundamentalism. We know from non-Wahhabi Muslims that nearly 80 percent of all mosques in America are Saudi supported and under the control of Wahhabi imams whose followers are trained to become radicals willing to die for Allah. Coexistence with other religions is not an option. This mosque”s Imam, Feisal Abdul Rauf, has terrorist ties, connections to the Muslim Brotherhood, and has been identified as one of the key financiers of the Gaza-bound flotilla. He refuses to answer questions regarding the mosque”s funding and is conveniently unavailable to those with additional questions. He has also refused to label Hamas a terrorist organization and even said that U.S. policies were what he called “”an accessory”” to the Islamic terrorist attacks of 9/11.

AS I SEE IT

Many mosque supporters are using the religious freedom argument, claiming that all religions are political, not just Islam. What they fail to grasp is that the intent of most religions is to influence politics, not replace the government with their own. The real issue here is not freedom of religion. If the real issue was purely religious, the sponsors would have no problem relocating to another site. Why, then, are they insistent on building it right there. The real issue is America”s security. Does Mayor Bloomberg believe that when Islamic religious beliefs threaten American lives, Americans should protect that “right” at the expense of their own lives?

Islam”s often-stated goal of world domination begins with the establishment of mosque power bases. I explain the strategy in detail in my book, Islam and the Last Days.  Look at what has happened at the Temple Mount in Jerusalem after a mosque was constructed at Judaism”s most holy site. How much religious freedom did it bring? Will we never learn? When a government uncovers the enemy”s plans against them, a responsible government takes appropriate action. That”s its job. When the enemy boldly proclaims its plans against you (turn you into an Islamic state) and you assist them. That to me is treason. If the mosque is constructed, it”s only a matter of time until America pays a heavy price. Read more about mosques.
