A Reminder to Help Keep  Things in Perspective

IT’S WORTH CONSIDERING

There have been over 20,000 jihad terror attacks justified by the Islamic texts since 9/11. Should we be surprised? Do we need more evidence that something is wrong with this book (Qur’an)? We all appreciate that so many Muslims love their faith and are not murderers. But that doesn’t change what the Qur’an says or instructs.

For those who say all religions have followers who do evil, ask yourself this; how many Christians or Jews or Hindus or Buddhists have blown themselves up since 9/11 in order to take out as many “unbelievers” as possible?  How many have committed genocide or infanticide since 9/11?  Can you think of any? One? If you can, then give me the Scripture by which they can claim that their evil is justified before God. In Islam, using the Qur’an this exercise is easy.

The vast majority of Muslims are simply not standing up to the violence done by their brothers/sisters.  So we must then ask them why? Why do they spend nearly all their time defending Islam — rather than condemning these obvious texts of violence and the killers that obediently follow them?

Here’s a reminder of why they remain quiet. Those claiming to belong to the “House of Islam” have only three choices: join the fight, support those who are fighting, or risk likely execution. Most Muslims don’t want to fight in any holy war. They just want to live raise their children and enjoy a peaceful life. Their radical (fundamental) brothers, however, do everything they can to make this life of peace impossible.  If their public statements are seen by radicals as being “insulting to Islam or the prophet,” they become guilty of blasphemy and must be killed according to Islamic law. As you might imagine, just about anything is considered blasphemy including:

  1. Publicly stating that Islam’s goal is world domination.
  2.  Stating that Islam condones mass murder as a necessary part of fighting in the cause of Allah.
  3.  Revealing that Muhammad beheaded Jews who refused to convert to Islam.

(Islam rules by fear)

AS I SEE IT

When ISIS was strong and on its rampage through Syria and Iraq, support among “moderate Muslims” was shocking. A November 2015 poll by the Pew Research Center bears this out. In 11 representative nation-states, up to 14 percent of the population had a favorable opinion of ISIS, and upwards of 62 percent “didn’t know” whether or not they had a favorable opinion of the Islamist group. Another poll released in November showed that 13% of Syrian refugees had a positive sentiment towards ISIS. The actual stats were probably much worse than these figures indicate, since the respondents represent only those Muslims who were willing to admit to their support for ISIS.

Other surveys show that 58% of Muslims in the U.S. reject criticism of Islam as a right; 45% want such blasphemers punished legally. Twelve percent want them killed. These are the same people who claim to love America. If you think we in America should still court their support in opposing the so-called radicals, think again. Should the caliphate be restored and the majority of the world’s Muslims accept that a new Islamic world leader is officially in power, he will declare a worldwide jihad and moderate Muslims around the world will be forced to choose between their religion and their “nationality.”

A recent poll indicated that just under 50% of Muslims living in America already see themselves as Muslims first and Americans second. Once the official jihad begins, moderates must join the “cause” or become certain targets of the radicals who will have marked all “traitors” for death.

Then there’s the psychological factor. For example, when your team starts winning, you break out the hat and the jersey. The same thing is already beginning to happen with “moderates” as they see more and more concessions being made. Their mindset starts to change. They start to smell victory. Whereas they were once content with a piece of the American pie, they now see the whole pie as “within reach. They want to be part of the team. The bottom line is that Muslim violence is here to stay and the co-called moderates will do nothing to stop it.
