State Department Refuses to Acknowledge that Jerusalem is Part of Israel
One Jerusalem reports: If you are an American citizen born in Jerusalem, the United States Government will not include Israel as the place of birth on your passport. The US Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case brought by an American citizen born in Jerusalem. US citizen Menachem Zivotofsky was born in Jerusalem in 2002. The US State Department has refused to list “Jerusalem, Israel” as his place of birth on his passport and would only write “Jerusalem” instead. The Obama administration urged the Supreme Court not to hear the case. The Supreme Court justices instead not only agreed to hear the case, but also directed the two sides to address the broad question of whether the law “impermissibly infringes the president’s power to recognize foreign sovereigns.”

Rep. Peter King (NY) Warns America of Very Real Islamic Threats
The Committee on Homeland Security recently held its final hearings on Muslim radicalization in the U.S. The third and final hearing examined the Somalia-based terrorist organization al Shabaab’s ongoing recruitment, radicalization, and training of young Muslim-Americans. According to King, “In Minnesota, Ohio, and other states, dozens of young Muslim males have been recruited, radicalized, and then taken from their communities for overseas terrorist training by al Shabaab.¬† In a number of cases, the men – including both Somali-Americans and other converts — have carried out suicide bombings or have otherwise been killed, often without their families even knowing where their sons have gone.¬† There has not been sufficient cooperation from mosque leaders. In at least one instance, a Minnesota imam told the desperate family of a missing young man not to cooperate with the FBI.” The report found, among other concerning things, that over 40 Muslim-Americans and 20 Canadians have been recruited and radicalized by al-Shabaab.

Saudi Cleric Issues Fatwa Defending Pedophilia
The Blaze reports: It is difficult to imagine defending pedophilia at all, let alone issuing a religious decree officially condoning it through the act of marriage. Yet that is what one Saudi cleric has reportedly done by issuing a fatwa defending Muslim “child marriage” or, pedophilia. Dr. Salih bin Fawzan, a cleric in Saudi Arabia’s highest religious council, has reportedly issued a fatwa asserting that there is no minimum age for marriage and that girls can be married “even if they are in the cradle.”

Homeland Security Warns of Possible 9/11 “Anniversary Attack”
Jerusalem Prayer Team reports: The Department of Homeland Security is sounding a warning that Al Qaeda may be planning a major 10th anniversary attack for September 11 of this year. The warning centered on major utility facilities, where DHS says sleeper agents are already in place-extremists who have been recruited and trained to wait for a signal and attack America from within.

Left Blames Conservative Christians for Norwegian Massacre
It was only a matter of time until the left seized the opportunity of not letting a tragedy go to waste. A recent New York Times article blamed the actions of nut job Anders Behring Breivik in Oslo on conservative Christians and those whose writings against Islam revealed their Islamophobic and hate-filled philosophies. Robert Spencer, who has been warning the world of the very real Islamic threat, was singled out as the one most responsible for what happened. Read more.

Saudis Mock Obama’s “Weasel Words”
Jerusalem Prayer Team reports: A major Saudi Arabian news organization said that the Palestinians have “no choice” but to seek the UN’s approval of a unilateral declaration of statehood. The statement blamed Israeli “expansionism” and President Obama’s “weasel words” for the plight of the Palestinians. There was no mention or condemnation of the almost daily terrorist attacks launched against Jewish civilian targets.

The statement continued, “If the world endorses their rightful demands, it will provide Palestinians with a massive moral victory and illuminate America’s honest broker status as a sham.” The Saudi Arabian government has been using its vast oil wealth to encourage the nations of the world to vote in favor of the plan for Palestinian statehood being supported by the Obama Administration that would destroy Israel’s security and divide the Holy City of Jerusalem.
