Nearly half of Jewish Israelis want to expel Arabs, survey shows

Timesofisrael.com reports: Nearly half of Jewish Israelis agree that Arabs should be expelled or transferred from Israel, and a solid majority (79 percent) maintain that Jews in Israel should be given preferential treatment, according to a Pew Research Center in Israel survey published on Tuesday. It states that “overcrowded living conditions and a lack of privacy” in Palestinian refugee camps causes “psychological distress among camp residents” which combined with “the unstable political and security situation and discriminatory gender stereotypes and norms” leads to this type of violence. Parents in Uproar Over This School Project in NYC
Constitution.com reports: Many schools no longer require children to pledge allegiance to the American flag every morning, but one school took things to the next level. Kindergarteners at PS75, a public school in New York City, were required as a class project to pledge allegiance to an “international flag” that they were taught to make out of the flags of other countries.Read more.
